This choreography class incorporates contemporary, lyrical, and ballet style movements onto the pole in a set routine that changes every two weeks. Class will begin with a ballet or contemporary warm up and include flexibility and pole conditioning. This is a non-heels class and will focus on lines, fluidity, musicality, and artistic expression. Appropriate for all dance and pole levels of experience but not for first time pole students. Knee pads recommended. of dance experience are welcome; students should have taken two to three L1 pole classes before attending.
